Shipping And Returns
In stock products are typically shipped within 3 business days. We will try our best to provide expedited shipping for a customer in need, but can not guarantee shipping times.
Defective products may be exchanged or returned for credit applied back to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Please send photos and a description of the problem to email@example.com and we'll get the process started. If we need you to return a defective item from the United States we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
All Other Products
Packaged products and parts may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping to be paid by the customer. If you'd like to return an item please Contact Us and we'll get the process started.
Products must be returned in resalable condition.
Terms of Sale
Orders are not completed until we have marked an order as fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in the case of pricing error, non-availability of stock, or for any other reason.
